Air Handler Restoration in Hialeah, FL

An air handler restoration goes further than a standard cleaning. At the Cabera home in Hialeah, the evaporator coil and blower assembly were removed so every component could be cleaned outside the unit using a wet method to NADCA Standard Type 2, then treated with Benefect Botanical Disinfectant before reinstalling.

In humid South Florida, the inside of an air handler stays damp much of the time, which makes it a common place for mold, bacteria and buildup to grow. Dirty coils and blowers also restrict airflow, which reduces cooling and raises energy use.
