Samlal – Air Conditioning Maintenance (Hollywood, Florida)

Our team completed an evaporator coil replacement in the air conditioning system for the Samlal home located in Hollywood, Florida.

Evaporator Coil Replacement in Hollywood, FL

The evaporator coil sits inside the air handler and is where your AC actually pulls heat and humidity out of the air. When a coil develops leaks or corrosion, the system loses refrigerant, struggles to cool, runs longer, and can freeze up or drip water. In South Florida’s heat and humidity, a failing coil usually shows up as warm air from the vents, higher electric bills, or an AC that never seems to shut off.

For the Samlal home, our technicians removed the old coil and installed a replacement, then checked the system’s operation so the home was cooling properly again.

Signs your evaporator coil may need attention

• Vents blowing cool-ish but not cold air
• Ice on the refrigerant lines or air handler
• Water around the air handler or a frequently clogged drain line
• A system that needs refrigerant added more than once

We service homes throughout Hollywood and the rest of Broward County. If your AC isn’t keeping up, call us for a free estimate.
