We completed air conditioner maintenance for the Desnick home in North Miami Beach, Florida. After we checked the air conditioner unit, we found that there was a burnt wire on the capacitor for the condensing unit, also found that capacitor had loose terminal for compressor. Capacitor is original with condensing unit. Customer approved replacing capacitor. After installing the new capacitor and repairing wire, the air conditioner was working properly again with no other problems found.
